The tiny island of Montserrat has removed all of its testing requirements for travelers.

The island is no longer testing travelers on arrival, and has ended its mandatory 10-day isolation period for individuals testing positive for Covid-19.

That includes all ports of entry, including both Montserrat’s John A. Osborne Airport and the island’s Little Bay Seaport.

The measures were removed given “the increased knowledge of the disease process and an increased capacity to manage the disease through vaccination, the availability of medication for treatment and other means,” according to Montserrat’s Ministry of Health.

The move took effect earlier this month.

“The health and well-being of all who enter or reside in Montserrat remains the number one priority,” the island’s tourist board said in a statement.
