This Caribbean All-Inclusive Just Relaunched With Rooftop Jacuzzis and Concierge Service in Every Room
The former Ocean Eden Bay is now Ocean Allure Eden Bay, with 444 suites, swim-up rooms and rooftop accommodations with private outdoor Jacuzzis.
A beachfront adults-only resort on Jamaica’s north coast has a new name and a service upgrade that extends to every room: dedicated concierge assistance, available around the clock.
The former Ocean Eden Bay officially announced its transformation into Ocean Allure Eden Bay on Nov. 2, joining Ocean Signature Resorts’ flagship adults-only collection. The 444-suite all-inclusive is in Coral Spring, Trelawny, near Falmouth, approximately 40 minutes from Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay.
We covered Ocean Eden Bay’s original debut. Now, the existing resort is joining the Ocean Allure brand, with an emphasis on personalized service, dining and access to the neighboring Ocean Coral Spring.
What’s Included
The central addition is concierge service across all 444 suites, regardless of room category. Guests can get assistance arranging dining, spa appointments and activities, with 24-hour in-suite dining also part of the all-inclusive offering.
The resort lists six specialty restaurants and four bars. Dining options span Jamaican dishes, Japanese teppanyaki and sushi, Italian, Mexican and French cuisine, along with a steakhouse and seafood. Late-night menus extend food service beyond conventional restaurant hours.
Ocean Boulevard, the resort’s pedestrian avenue, brings together restaurants, bars and live entertainment. The resort also offers a “Soul of Jamaica” dinner show combining a meal with a theatrical production celebrating Jamaican music and Bob Marley’s legacy.
Swim-Up or Rooftop
Room choices include Junior Suites with ocean or pool views, Swim-Up Suites with direct pool access, and Master Suites with separate living rooms.
The bi-level Rooftop Suites have private outdoor Jacuzzis and oceanfront lounge decks. Across the accommodations, amenities include smartphone streaming to Smart TVs, garment steamers, robes and slippers.
The separate Privilege tier adds priority restaurant reservations, an exclusive oceanfront restaurant and lounge, and dedicated beach and pool areas with butler service. In-room extras include espresso machines, pillow menus and nightly turndown service.
Two Resorts’ Amenities
Guests also receive access to adjacent Ocean Coral Spring, including its bowling alley, water park, lazy river and additional dining venues.
At Eden Bay itself, the Despacio Spa Centre has hydrotherapy circuits, steam rooms, Finnish saunas and outdoor whirlpools. There’s also a PADI dive center, a 24-hour gym, tennis and pickleball courts, and beach volleyball.
Ocean Allure Eden Bay welcomes guests 18 and older.
