Sunwing Vacations has unveiled its Winter 2026–2027 schedule, with a new slate of vacation options from Canada to Mexico and the Caribbean.

The expanded program includes new winter vacations from Toronto to Acapulco, Winnipeg to Puerto Plata and Montreal to Cozumel, alongside returning favorites including Cancun, Punta Cana and Montego Bay.

It’s another expansion of Sunwing’s Caribbean and Mexico network, which has long included a broad range of winter service from Canadian gateways. Last year, the company also expanded its Dominican Republic portfolio with new vacation options in Samaná, while Puerto Plata has been a regular part of the company’s seasonal Caribbean program.

The Winnipeg-Puerto Plata option adds another way for Canadian travelers to reach the Dominican Republic’s north coast, a destination that has continued to see expanded Canadian airlift in recent years.

Sunwing has also previously operated extensive winter service to destinations including Puerto Plata, Punta Cana, Cancun and Montego Bay.

Sunwing is highlighting several resorts in Mexico as part of the winter offering, including Hotel Xcaret Mexico, Hotel Xcaret Arte and TRS Coral Hotel, along with a wider selection of all-inclusive resorts in Puerto Plata and Montego Bay.

Sunwing has increasingly focused its Caribbean program around established winter destinations while adding new city pairs and destinations. Its previous schedules have included significant service to Puerto Plata and other Caribbean destinations from Canadian cities.

The Winter 2026–2027 program runs through April 30, 2027.
