New Grand Cayman Hotel Targeting April Debut

A new boutique hotel is reshaping George Town’s skyline this spring. ONE GT, opening in April. 2026, will become Grand Cayman’s first property affiliated with Small Luxury Hotels of the World — and one of the most design-forward additions to the capital in years.

The 11-story, 177-room hotel is already drawing attention for its contemporary look.

ONE GT will offer Grand Cayman’s only rooftop infinity-edge pool, a key feature anchoring the hotel’s panoramic views over George Town and the harbor. The property will also introduce three new dining concepts: French-Mediterranean restaurant Perle, an island-Asian rooftop spot called Byū, and Italian-inspired Café Bellini.

Rooms and suites are designed to appeal to both short-stay and long-stay travelers, with full kitchens, in-suite laundry, and flexible layouts. Guests will also have access to rooftop yoga and wellness programming.

ONE GT is slated to open this April, adding a modern, city-center option to Grand Cayman’s luxury-hotel landscape.
