A Major New Caribbean Wellness Destination Is Coming to Grand Cayman
There’s a certain clarity that comes when a place is designed entirely around wellbeing. That is the promise of Meraki Wellness, the Cayman Islands’ first standalone luxury wellness destination, which is opening Feb. 1, 2026 just off Seven Mile Beach.
The new 16,000-square-foot space is built around pure air, thermal precision, and a philosophy of restoration that feels thoughtful at every turn.
Meraki arrives with features rarely found anywhere in the Caribbean. Its Snow Room — the first in the region — will anchor a full contrast-therapy circuit that also includes the Caribbean’s largest Panoramic Sauna and seven dedicated hydrotherapy environments. The design centers on temperature, breath, and the slow reset that comes from moving through heat, steam, and cold in a guided progression. It’s meant to be a daily ritual, not a single experience.
A Wellness Space Built Around Intention
The concept extends well beyond thermal therapy. Meraki’s treatment program is anchored by partnerships with Natura Bissé and Seed to Skin, bringing high-performance skincare and bodywork to a setting calibrated for quiet, focused renewal. Every room, every corridor, every surface is connected by a pure-air system that keeps the environment clean and balanced — a detail that reinforces the project’s commitment to internal calm as much as external design.
A Dedicated Experience for Men
One of Meraki’s most distinct elements is the Gentleman’s Barber, created in partnership with Truefitt & Hill, the world’s oldest barbershop. It introduces a dedicated men’s space within the broader wellness program, offering classic grooming, precision treatments, and a refuge designed with the same meticulous calm as the rest of the facility.
Nutrition That Complements the Reset
Plant & Tonic, Meraki’s flexitarian café, will serve food meant to support the transformation happening elsewhere in the building. Clean dishes, balanced flavors, and plant-forward choices shape a menu that leans toward energy and clarity rather than indulgence. Nearby, the Boutique Emporium will feature exclusive brands available only at Meraki in Grand Cayman, giving the space a curated retail layer that matches its wellness mission.
