Hubert Keller, the culinary mastermind behind San Francisco’s Fleur de Lys. Shawn McClain: whose portfolio includes six groundbreaking restaurants in Chicago and Las Vegas. James Beard Award winner Scott Conant of Cello Steak and The Americano.

They’re some of the world’s top chefs, and they’re coming to the Dominican Republic for the Caribbean’s hottest food festival in October: the second annual Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival, an unforgettable week of cooking demonstrations, dinners, wine and spirits tastings, wellness, cigars and, of course, golf.

This year’s event runs Oct. 11-12, putting the spotlight on both regional and global culinary talent.

“This year’s attendees will be fully immersed with premier food and beverage experiences, top-notch tastings, never-before-seen demonstrations, and an infusion of Dominican cuisine, rums, and culinary artisans,” says Jason Kycek, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Casa de Campo Resort and Villas.

This year’s event will also feature Raul de Molina of Univision, who will be the MC of the festivities.

It’s being held in partnership with Invited, a private collection of more than 200 golf courses and clubs around the world.

The festival is also a great chance to check out what’s new at the legendary Dominican Republic resort, including its new state-of-the-art wellness destination and the brand-new Premier Club resort-within-a-resort.

So how do you attend?

Casa de Campo has a special three-night all-inclusive experience package for the festival, one that includes a room in a superior casita; two tickets to the event’s Grand Tasting Pavilion for both days; opportunities to meet the top chefs and wine experts; tickets for the Under the Stars dinner at the resort’s Minitas Beach Club; resort activities and more.

The package starts at $3,599.
