Jose Enrique Opens New Culinary Outpost at St. Regis Bahia Beach
One of Puerto Rico’s leading chefs is expanding what is becoming a budding culinary empire in Puerto Rico.
Chef Jose Enrique, known for his eponymous eatery in San Juan’s Santurce neighborhood (make sure you try their Naturola cocktail), is adding a new outpost at the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort.
It’s called Beach Club by Jose Enrique, and it comes following a multimillion-dollar investment in the property.
Beach Club by Jose Enrique will feature a menu reflecting Enrique’s seasonal, ingredient-focused approach, from fresh ceviches to entrees like Caldo Santo, a reimagining of a traditional Puerto Rican fish stew.
Enrique also has a restaurant at the El Blok boutique hotel in Vieques and two more in San Juan: Miel and Capital.
