Norwegian Airlines is planning to launch a new flight between London Gatwick and the Caribbean island of Puerto Rico, the company announced.

The flight will also be among the cheapest to the Caribbean from Europe — just about £269, or about $411 USD, one-way.

“Puerto Rico is more than ready to broaden its horizons in the European market and we are very excited to welcome Norwegian’s new service to San Juan,” said Ingrid Rivera Rocafort, executive director of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company. “We look forward to a productive partnership with Norwegian.”

Norwegian already operates direct flights between Scandinavia and Puerto Rico, along with flights between Copenhagen and St Croix.

The London-Puerto Rico flights will launch Nov. 4 on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
