Providenciales’ newest culinary experience is so innovative, it might feel a bit jarring.

The new pop-up restaurant at Grace Bay Club in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos called “Jars on Grace Bay,” is focusing on “inventive, local cuisine,” with one major theme: the entire food and beverage menu is served in jars of various shapes and sizes.

The open-air eatery has a wine selection focusing on Rose varieties and a collection of mixed punches and cocktails.

The menu includes everything from chilled yellow and red tomato gazpacho to spiny lobster ramen with ginger pasta and snow peas in sesame broth.

The cocktail list includes cocktails like the Minty Cherry Fizz and the Torrontes Mojito, a blend of rum, lime, mint and Torrontes wine.

Jars is the second pop-up eatery to debut at Grace Bay Club, following the opening of Stix on Grace Bay last year.

Stix on Grace Bay is now making an “encore appearance” at Grace Bay Club as well.

Jars on Grace Bay is open every day from 11 AM to 6 PM.
