The Caves Heights oceanfront condominium project in West Nassau has launched its final phase, the company announced.

The project aims to complete construction by the first quarter of 2013.

Caves Development, the project’s developer, first began work on the multi-phase project on Caves Point in 1996, with a 67-home development on a seven-acre tract of land.

The company’s second phase was the Caves Village complex, a 77,000-square-foot mixed-use development that began in 2000.

The project is designed by N&M Architects and is being built by Osprey Construction, which has constructed homes in Lyford Cay and the Ocean Club Estates community.
