In celebration of World Tourism Month and the 67th anniversary of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company’s Que Pasa magazine, the PRTC has unveiled the exhibition “Que Pasa!: A look into the history of Puerto Rico tourism.”

The exhibition is located in the Miguel A. Domenech Gallery at the PRTC offices, and includes magazine covers from different decades dating from 1946 to 2015.

“Through the covers, you can appreciate the development of the tourism industry; the vision, mission and management of foundations; hotel developments and evolutions; challenges faced throughout the process; developments of niche tourism markets (gastronomy, golf, destination weddings, ecotourism, luxury hotels, and adventure, amongst others) and finally, the most successful approach to global tourism trends,” said Ingrid I. Rivera Rocafort, Executive Director of PRTC.

The gallery is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and at special times on World Tourism Day on September 27 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
