Looking for a luxe villa in Turks and Caicos? There’s a new option on the market: the Gansevoort Villas.

The residential component of the hotel property is set in Providenciales’ exclusive Turtle Tail neighborhood, with six villas designed by COAST architects. (Turtle Tail is perhaps best known as Prince’s hideaway in TCI).

And Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing on a $4.15 million, four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom in the Gansevoort Villas.

All of the bedrooms in the two-story designs are oceanfront, with amenities including oceanfront infinity pools, outdoor fire pit lounges; expansive decks and indoor-outdoor layouts.

Villa 5102 is a four-bedorom layout with 3,655 interior square feet and 5,215 square feet under roof, along with other features like solar-heating for the pool and a backup generator with a 500-gallon propane tank.

It’s also part of the rental program at the Gansevoort, meaning you can rent it out when you’re not using it.
