JetBlue Traffic Shows No Signs of Slowing Down

JetBlue Airways continues to show surging traffic, according to the New York City-based carrier’s latest data.

The carrier reported 3.86 billion revenue passenger miles in January, an 8.6 percent increase compared to the 3.55 billion the carrier reported in January 2016.

Available seat miles rose by 7.7 percent to 4.63 billion, while load factor for January was 83.3 percent, an increase of 0.7 percent points from January 2016.

The company’s preliminary completion factory was 97.9 percent, while on-time performance was 72.8 percent.

JetBlue has been rapidly expanding its network in the Caribbean, most recently with new flights to Aruba.

LIAT Cutting Guadeloupe-Dominica Flights
