Bahamian national air carrier Bahamasair has named a new executive team.

Bahamasair Chairman Valentine Grimes has announced that Tracy Cooper has been appointed the carrier’s new managing director.

Cooper had most recently served as director of maintenance at the company, taking over the reins from the late Henry Woods.

The company has also appointed John Fowler its new senior director of customer service and assistant to the managing director.

The company additionally appointed Prince Storr as director of maintenance and engineering.

“Together we must continue to chart a new course for a brighter future for Bahamasair,” Grimes said.
