Enter Belize’s Itz’ana Resort & Residences, which is now offering one-bedroom waterfront cottages with solar panels.

The Placencia-based project’s developer, The Foundry Collective, is now offering financing on the one-bedroom solar cottages.

“The solar design improves the value to owners and also reflects our commitment to preserving Belize’s unique and pristine environment,” said Colin Hannan, partner of The Foundry Collective. “We wanted to create an incentive for further investment in sustainability and are delighted to officially introduce the Solar Cottage.”
