There’s a new villa on the block in Tortola.

The Goldene Pavilion Villa on Little Bay in Tortola will soon hit the auction block with Concierge Auctions.

The 5,000-square-foot home on the east end of the island will sell to the highest bidder in cooperation with Maritha Keil of BVI Sotheby’s International Realty. The home had been previously listed for $5.95 million.

Concierge Auctions has been steadily expanding its activity in the Caribbean, holding auctions for a number of properties in the region in recent months.

This villa, which overlooks the Atlantic, is designed in a Balinese style, built in Jerusalem gold stone and lined with imported Balinese statues.

It even comes with a 1,000-pound stone Buddha.
