You may not know that JetBlue has a special VIP travel program as part of its JetBlue Vacations wing. Now, it’s added another Caribbean destination: Puerto Rico.

You land in San Juan. A local Insider meets you at the airport, gets you to your hotel, and stays just a message away throughout your trip. You get complimentary transfers, tailored recommendations for where to eat and what to do, and even a free guided walking tour of Old San Juan, all designed to make your Puerto Rico experience seamless and unforgettable.

This is the JetBlue Insider Experience, and now it’s in Puerto Rico.

JetBlue Vacations has expanded its Insider Experience program to San Juan, Puerto Rico, bringing concierge-style service and local expertise to travelers booking flight and hotel packages through the platform.

The program, which is powered by JetBlue’s travel subsidiary Paisly, offers personalized, on-the-ground support for customers from arrival through departure. Travelers who book JetBlue Vacations packages to San Juan at select hotels will now have access to a dedicated local Insider who can assist with everything from airport transfers to excursion planning and issue resolution.

Launched in 2020, the Insider Experience is already available in several JetBlue markets, including Aruba, Cancún, Montego Bay, Punta Cana, Nassau, St. Lucia, and Tulum. Its expansion to Puerto Rico marks a continued investment in a destination where JetBlue operates more flights and offers more seats than any other airline.

“As JetBlue’s largest market, Puerto Rico has always been a favorite destination for our customers,” said Jamie Perry, president of Paisly. “With local Insiders offering personalized support and great perks like a complimentary Old San Juan walking tour, we’re making it easier for travelers to explore and enjoy everything the island has to offer.”

The Insider Experience in San Juan includes:

  • Meet-and-greet service at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport
  • Complimentary airport transfers to and from participating hotels
  • 24/7 access to a local Insider by phone or WhatsApp
  • Activity recommendations, dining suggestions, and booking assistance
  • Support for in-destination issues and on-the-ground requests

As part of the launch, JetBlue Vacations is also offering a free guided walking tour of Old San Juan in partnership with the Municipality of San Juan. The tour highlights the city’s 500-year history and features stops at landmarks including the San Juan Bautista Cathedral, San Felipe del Morro Fort, and the Casa Blanca Museum.

JetBlue flights to Puerto Rico start as low as $225 roundtrip out of Fort Lauderdale; note that to get the experience you have to book a complete (hotel + flight) trip with JetBlue Vacations.
