Aman Group Is Bringing a New Beach Resort to Turks and Caicos
Janu Turks and Caicos will bring a beach club, an expansive wellness center and beachfront residences to the northwest coast of Providenciales, with an opening planned for 2030.
White sand, rocky coves and tropical greenery: that’s the setting for Aman Group’s next chapter in Turks and Caicos. The company is bringing its Janu brand to the northwest coast of Providenciales, adding a new resort and private residences to the stretch of island associated with Amanyara.
Called Janu Turks and Caicos, the property is slated to open in 2030. Plans include a beach club, multiple dining venues and a substantial spa and wellness center, with the sea and the landscape around Northwest Point providing the backdrop.
We first reported on the Janu project in June 2025. Now, the brand’s plans offer a closer look at the kind of vacation taking shape on this secluded coast.
The location puts Janu alongside Northwest Point Marine National Park, in a landscape the brand describes as an 18,000-acre nature reserve. Here, the attraction begins with the shoreline: stretches of white sand, clear water and coves edged by rock.
This is the northwest coast of Providenciales, with a setting that lends itself to a resort centered on the beach and its immediate surroundings. Janu lists the airport transfer at approximately 25 minutes, giving you a relatively short arrival journey to this corner of the island.
The plans pair that coastal seclusion with places to gather throughout the property, from the beach club to restaurants and shared wellness spaces.
Janu is part of Aman Group, whose Caribbean presence includes Amanyara. The company describes the forthcoming Turks and Caicos resort as a continuation of that property’s story, bringing another of its brands to Providenciales.
Janu’s first hotel opened in Tokyo in March 2024. Its approach puts considerable emphasis on dining, fitness and social spaces, and those priorities carry through to the Caribbean plans.
In Turks and Caicos, that translates into a resort where you could spend the morning at a group class, take the afternoon down to the beach and meet for dinner within the property. The beach club and dining venues are central parts of the concept, giving guests several places to spend time together beyond their accommodations.
The planned Janu Spa & Wellness center will be one of the property’s principal draws, part of a long pedigree of wellness quality for Aman. The brand describes it as among the largest wellness destinations on the island, with space devoted to fitness, treatments, beauty and recovery.
Plans include group classes, large spa houses intended for shared experiences, an IV lounge and dedicated training areas. The broader resort concept also calls for a 50-meter swimming pool, giving swimmers room for a proper session in the water.
That makes wellness a substantial part of the stay. You’ll have the beach outside, but also an extensive collection of facilities for days when you want to follow a workout with a treatment or spend more of your vacation focused on fitness.
Private residences are another significant part of the project. Janu’s current description includes 12 beachfront villas, while its residential offering emphasizes indoor-outdoor living and access to the hotel’s amenities.
The majority of the residences are planned directly on the beach, with tropical vegetation behind them. Owners will have access to the resort’s dining, wellness and social experiences, combining a private home with the facilities of a luxury hotel.
Janu currently lists 2030 as the opening year for its Turks and Caicos property.
The location is already the strongest reason to follow its progress: a white-sand shoreline on northwest Providenciales, with a beach club, a long swimming pool and an extensive wellness offering planned for the same address.
It’s a significant new addition to the island’s luxury hotel landscape—and another reason to keep looking beyond its best-known resort stretches.
