Cultural storytelling is at the forefront.

It’s one of the most vibrant, exciting festivals in all of the Caribbean: St Thomas Carnival, the dynamic, vibe-filled weeklong celebration in the US Virgin Islands.

And now St Thomas Carnival 2025 has its official dates.

This year’s fete will begin April 27, running through May 3, with everything from Pan-O-Rama to the Calypso Monarch to J’ouvert.

“I am excited to invite everyone, from neighboring islands, mainland US, diaspora across the world and lovers of sun, sea and culture to join us for the 2025 St. Thomas Carnival,” said Joseph Boschulte, U.S. Virgin Islands Commissioner of Tourism. “As St. Thomas Carnival continues to grow in size and notoriety, this year, we are preparing to host an invigorating week-long celebration, highlighting our rich culture, picturesque island, and beautiful people.”

It’s the best of St Thomas in full force, from boat races to a food fair to the island’s famously flavorful food.
