St Barth’s Bonito Is Opening a Beach Club in The Bahamas

By: - January 15th, 2025

It’s one of the hottest eateries on the Caribbean’s most glamorous island: Bonito, the world-class restaurant and bar in the heart of Gustavia.

It’s a regular stop when we travel to the French Caribbean hotspot, and now it’s embarking on a highly anticipate expansion to The Bahamas.

Bonito St Barth is opening its first ever location in The Bahamas, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The new iteration of Bonito, Bonito Beach Club, will be debuting on the island of Bimini, with a “stylish open-air restaurant and bar, beachfront lounge areas with chaises and private cabanas and VIP table service,” according to a spokesperson.

It will be part of the broader Banyan Tree Bimini Resort and Residences, a 750-acre development in North Bimini.

Count us excited.
