Top Turks and Caicos Villa Company Names New Director of Sales

Bespoke Villas, the luxury villa rental division of top hospitality and real estate company the Hartling Group, has named a new director of sales. 

The company has tapped Julia Jakkaraju to the role. Jakkaraju comes to the company after having held various key sales and marketing positions across hotel and resort portfolios in Germany, London, Namibia and San Francisco. 

“Julia is a remarkable addition to our team, and we are thrilled to have her as the new Director of Sales for Bespoke Villas,” stated Stan Hartling, CEO of The Hartling Group, “She truly embodies the qualities and experience that perfectly aligns with The Hartling Group’s dedication to providing unparalleled luxury experiences in Turks and Caicos. Her appointment represents a significant step for our company, and I look forward to seeing her take our Villas sector to new heights.”

Jakkaraju will help lead the push for the company’s six ultra-luxe beach villas at the Shore Club on Long Bay, the premier villas in Turks and Caicos. 

Hartling Group is also expanding with another project, the Villas at Blue Mountain Resort, which will include eight new villas ranging from three to six bedrooms.
