His cooking style is “health Mediterranean,” according to the chef, which aligns with his vision for the hotel and Amis.

“I am thrilled to embark on my next culinary adventure in St. Barth, following my passion for cooking with locally-sourced ingredients and creating authentic and inspiring Mediterranean cuisine,” says Chef Jérémy Czaplicki. “Amis St. Barth’s menu presents many exciting dishes that have sparked my creativity and imagination. I’m looking forward to sharing these culinary delights with the esteemed guests of Le Barthélemy. Collaborating with this luxury, boutique hotel and restaurant, which shares my deep appreciation for fresh, innovative fare, marks an exciting next chapter in my career.”
