Silver Airways Expands Flights to Dominica

Regional carrier Silver Airways has expanded its capacity fo the Eastern Caribbean island of Dominica. 

The airline has upgraded its flight service to Dominica from a 34-seat Saab 340 to a 48-seat ATR aircraft. 

The upgrade applies to the airline’s San Juan, Puerto Rico-Dominica route, which operates four times each week.

Puerto Rico-Dominica service operates to Dominica on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and back to San Juan on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. 

Beginning May 15, Silver will be operating five weekly flights between San Juan and Dominica, with a flight arriving in Dominica on Tuesdays and departing to San Juan on Wednesdays. 

That extra flight will operate through at least July 5.
