A Culinary Refresh at the Curacao Marriott

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - July 27, 2022

The Curacao Marriott Beach Resort has completed a refresh of its culinary program, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The resort’s eateries have added new menus and new options.

That includes Zala Gastro Lounge, which is now offering lunch service, with everything from premium rums to shared platters and “gourmet small plates with Caribbean flair.”

The Salty Iguana Ocean Grill has launched a brand-new menu, with its famous salty wings, burgers and sandwiches, married with signature cocktails.

The property’s Cspice restaurant is offering pizzas and “other bold flavors,” while the Izakaya sushi bar continues to serve up Japanese-inspired fare.

The resort is currently planning to add another beverage concept, an adults-only bar that will be set by the infinity pool.
