Blue Diamond to Rebrand Three Punta Cana Resorts

Blue Diamond Resorts is rebranding three of its resorts in the Dominican Republic’s tourism hub of Punta Cana. 

The CHIC Punta Cana, Grand Memories Splash and Grand Memories Punta Cana are all being rebranded under the Royalton Luxury Resorts umbrella. 

Beginning Nov. 1, the Grand Memories Punta Cana and Grand Memories Splash will merge into one resort, rebranded as the Royalton Splash Punta Cana. 

The existing CHIC Punta Cana will be rebranded as the Royalton CHIC Punta Cana Resort and Spa. 

“The decision to bring these properties under the Royalton Luxury Resorts umbrella will allow for seamless integration of brand standards and operations across the portfolio,” said Jordi Pelfort, President, Hotels and Resorts, Sunwing Travel Group. 

The company has also announced a similar rebranding of its Royalton Suites Cancun, which will be rebranded as the adults-only Royalton CHIC Suites Cancun.
