An All-Inclusive Guacamole Bar in Puerto Vallarta

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - March 13, 2020

One of the top all-inclusive hotels in Puerto Vallarta has launched a delicious new amenity: a guacamole bar.

The newest addition to the Casa Velas hotel in Mexico is set at the boutique property’s private beach club.

It lets guests pair avocado with more than 100 different incredients, from starfruit and quinoa to a range of cheeses like brie, queso fresco and cotija.

That’s along with more “traditional” guacamole pairings like onion, tomato and garlic and even some bolder choices like dried insects. (Yes, dried insects).

In all, the property says the bar boasts up to 5,151 different flavor combinations to be had.

In September, the property hosts an annual “Guacamania” event, with avocado-focused menus, avocado-themed spa treatments and even a dedicated “Guacamologist.”

The 80-suite beachfront adults-only property is the smallest in the Velas portfolio, which includes a number of luxury all-inclusives across Mexico.
