A New Food and Beverage Director at the Four Seasons Nevis

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - January 7, 2019

Just in time to launch two new culinary concepts, the Four Seasons Nevis has tapped a new food and beverage director: Pasquo King.

King comes to the Caribbean property after having most recently served as the executive chef at Four Seasons Resorts Bali, where he was responsible for both the Jimbaran Bay and Sayan properties.

Pasquo will help launch the new EsQuilina and the Crowned Monkey Rum Bar, while overseeing all food and beverage operations at the property.

He will be focusing on “innovation, creativity and providing extraordinary culinary experiences for guests,” according to a statement from the resort.

“Nothing inspires me more than food and beverage and the endless possibilities that it creates,” Pasquo said. “Coming to Four Seasons Resort Nevis at this exciting time in its history will not only allow me to make an impact on the new F&B concepts and programs, but also further develop my passion by discovering new flavors and learning a new culture.”
