A $9 Million Private Island for Sale in The Bahamas

Looking for your own private piece of paradise?

There’s another private island on the block in The Bahamas.

It’s called Jim Cay, and it’s got just under 8 acres of land, with a pristine white sand beach and classic Bahamian turquoise waters.

Jim Cay, which has a total of 340,509 square feet, is listed with HG Christie in The Bahamas for $9 million.

That may sounds like a lot, but it’s a far cry from some of the prices for other private islands currently on the market in the region, making it the perfect private hideaway or a future boutique hotel site.

You can get there by boat, helicopter and one of the many seaplanes that travel the islands of The Bahamas.

Even better? You’d be neighbors with David Copperfield, whose world-famous 150-acre Musha Cay is just next door.

It’s about 33 northwest of Exuma’s major international airport in Georgetown.

For more info, visit HG Christie.
