One of the Bahamas’ best-kept secrets has added a major new chef.

The Carriearl Boutique Hotel on Great Harbour Cay in the Berry Islands of the Bahamas has named Ryan McIntosh as the property’s new chef.

McIntosh’s Bahamas team won the silver medal at the American Culinary Federation’s Taste of the Caribbean Competition in 2017.

His culinary experience includes stops at Hilton at Resorts world Bimini and Sandals Royal Bahamian in Nassau.
