Another New Eatery in Curaçao

One of the Caribbean’s burgeoning foodie scenes has another new addition.

The new Mosa Restaurant has officially opened its doors in Curaçao.

The eatery, which is located in the trendy Pietermaai district, offers a range of internationally-inspired tapas.

The restaurants chefs have another name for it: an introduction to “bistronomy.”

That means dishes like pumpkin gazpacho, octopus and Spanish mackerel, and everything in between.

Also on offer? A wide selection of top-level wines.
