Spanish air carrier Air Europa will be launching 787 Dreamliner flights to the Dominican Republic.
The first Air Europa 787 Dreamliner test flight arrived at Santo Domingo’s Las Americas International Airport this week.
The carrier will begin daily Dreamliner flights from Madrid beginning in November.
The Boeing 787 is the first of 22 that will be gradually added to the company’s fleet through 2022.
Air Europa will be using them on flights to Miami, Bogota, New York and the Dominican Republic.
The flights have capacity for 296 passengers, including 22 seats in business class, along with Wi-Fi and satellite service.
