LIAT Adds Extra Daily Flight to Dominica

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - December 21, 2015

LIAT has added an extra flight to Dominica for the holidays, the company announced.

The new flight will operate between Antigua and Dominica daily starting Dec. 23.

The new flight coincides with the Christmas and New Year holidays.

“We are delighted to be able to add an evening departure from Antigua to Dominica now that Douglas-Charles Airport has been restored to full operational capability,” said LIAT CEO David Evans. “We applaud the untiring efforts of the Government and people of Dominica to rebuild their beautiful nature island after the ravages of Tropical Storm Erika. We are aware that this time of year is of utmost importance to our customers and so we are happy to assist in bringing visitors, friends and families together for the holidays.”

The flight will depart Antigua at 5PM and the return service will depart Dominica at 6:05 PM.
