Caribbean Room With a View: The Jonquil Suite at Anguilla’s Cap Juluca

A larger-than-life suite in Anguilla

By Sarah Greaves-Gabbadon, CJ Travel Editor

At Anguilla’s Cap Juluca resort, they call this a suite. But you might call it full-blown villa.

That’s because the 3,000+-square-foot Jonquil Suite not only has two master bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, but also a comfy sitting room, full kitchen, private infinity pool and whirlpool, and an oceanfront terrace.

But the sweetest feature is this view, stretching across the ivory sands of Maundays Bay to cerulean seas and the neighboring island of St. Maarten.

It’s enough to make you never want to leave. And to make the question of whether this is a suite or a villa completely irrelevant.
