A New Restaurant -Within-a-Restaurant at Puerto Rico’s El San Juan

There’s a new restaurant-within-a-restaurant at Puerto Rico’s El San Juan Resort and Casino, a Hilton Hotel.

The property has announced the debut of the “Chef’s Studio” venue, which seats up to eight guests for a private culinary experience, according to the resort.

The venue is located within El San Juan’s main kitchen.

The restaurant, which is available on reservation only, is available for both lunch and dinner, with presentations by Ana Parga, executive chef at the resort.

Parga joined the resort as part of a new culinary team in May of this year.
