The Bahamas’ Baha Mar project said it was now making available a collection of 307 private residences for sale, part of the $3.5 billion resort complex on New Providence’s Cable Beach.

The units are located across most of the four-hotel complex, which will include the namesake Baha Mar Casino & Hotel, a Rosewood property, the Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar and the Mondrian at Baha Mar.

The Mondrian will have 107 residential units, while the Rosewood will have 92 residential units and the Grand Hyatt will have 85 private residences.
