Haiti Receives Ambassadors from India, Nigeria and Trinidad

Haiti President Michel Martelly accepted the credentials Friday of three new Ambassadors to the country from India, Nigeria and Trinidad and Tobago.

Dr Iva Camille Gloudon is Trinidad’s new envoy to Haiti; C Rajasekhar is India’s Ambassador and Otunba Olatokunboh Kamson is Nigeria’s new top diplomat in Haiti.

Martelly, in a statement, said he hoped that their presence would “boost diplomatic relations” between their countries and Haiti.

He said he was “determined to give a new impetus” to cooperation between Haiti and the three countries.
