The Caribbean’s top wellness hotel is back open again, Caribbean Journal has learned.

Saint Lucia’s landmark BodyHoliday resort has reopened its doors after an extensive, multimillion-dollar renovation project timed for its 30th anniversary.

“We are thrilled to debut our new BodyHoliday experience to guests, new and returning,” said Andrew Barnard, Deputy Managing Director at the property. “Throughout our thirty years of service, we increasingly strive to provide the ideal wellness programming and luxury hospitality that allow our guests to maximize their wellbeing experience and we are proud to have them discover the newest offerings at hand as we approach our milestone anniversary.”

All of BodyHoliday’s 76 luxury ocean view guestrooms have been “refreshed” with new colors and new amenities, from mini bars to surround-sound USB speakers.

The hotel has also added a new eco-friendly air conditioning system.

Most notably, the property has debuted two new luxury villas: Villa Lara and Villa Calypso, meaning the property now has four luxury villas to choose from.
