First it was Cancun. Then Punta Cana. Now, Royalton’s CHIC brand, its hip spin on the adults-only all-inclusive concept, has officially debuted on the island of Antigua.

The new 235-room resort is the second Royalton-branded resort in Antigua, a beachfront all-inclusive that’s exclusively for adults.

Royalton CHIC Antigua caters to couples, groups and solo travelers, the company says, with a unique brand of “social vacation experience,” according to the company.

“The success that Royalton CHIC Resorts has had in Cancun and the Dominican Republic inspired us to continue making more exclusive all-inclusive vacations a reality, and now that we are introducing it in the West Indies, we are more than ready to offer a unique blend of luxury and tailored experiences within a vibrant social atmosphere,” said Jordi Pelfort, President of Blue Diamond Resorts. “As we expand our presence in the Caribbean, we’ve leveraged our experience to innovate, not only by providing enhanced leisure and hospitality options but also by making significant contributions to the destination and its people.”

The resort has a mix of room styles, from walkout oceanfront suites to swim-up rooms and, most notably, a collection of 12 overwater suites, all of which come with special Diamond Club amenities including butler service.

Royalton calls it “diningtainment” at this new overwater restaurant.

The dining program is broad: seven eateries, five different bar concepts, a steakhouse, an Italian restaurant and a new concept, “Pescari,” an overwater restaurant with what Royalton calls a “diningtainment” experience, something of a hallmark of the CHIC brand.

Yes, there is a Diamond Club here, which gives you special reservation access, personal butlers and special club-only private areas.

“Our resort offers a fresh and contemporary take on luxury hospitality, where guests can indulge in the finer things in life while enjoying a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere. We look forward to welcoming guests to experience all that Royalton CHIC Antigua has to offer,” Pelfort said in a statement provided to Caribbean Journal.

The addition of Royalton CHIC only solidifies Antigua’s position as the Caribbean capital of luxury all-inclusive resorts, from world-renowned hotspots like Hammock Cove and Galley Bay to legendary all-inclusive destinations like Curtain Bluff and boutique hotels such as Cocos and the Keyonna Beach Resort
