The highly-anticipated The Point at Petite Calivigny boutique resort in Grenada is making progress, according to a new update from the project’s developers.
The main building structures at The Point Private Residence Club will be complete in a little over a month, according to a statement.
That will include the north and south condo stacks, along with three villas and a gym and wellness center.

The project includes several units in the pipeline, including the Beau Jardin condominiums and the Antibe Villas, all of which are part of the country’s Citizenship by Investment program.
The Point will eventually include a mix of more than 100 units, across villas, condominiums and suites.
It’s one of several luxury residential resort projects underway, including the Kimpton Kiwana Bay and the Silver Sands.
