Dream Hotel Group, which is planning a big expansion into the Caribbean region, has tapped a new vice president to lead its development strategy.

The company has named Jeff Donnelly as its new vice president of development, a role in which he will source new deals for the firm’s hotel brands, including Dream Hotels, Time Hotels, The Chatwal and Unscripted H’otels.

He comes to the firm after having served most recently as principal partner and founder of JD Advisors.

“Building on this momentum, we have every confidence in Jeff’s ability and know he will play an integral role in the continued growth and success of the company,” said Dream Hotel Group CEO Jay Stein. “We are excited to welcome him to the team.”

Dream Hotel Group has 20 locations worldwide in various stages of development.

The company first announced its planned hotel expansion into the Caribbean last year, with the first Caribbean property set to debut later this year as Unscripted Belize.
