By: Caribbean Journal Staff - July 8, 2017

There’s a major new luxury home on the Bahamian real estate market.

Cascarilla Residence, an Ocean Club Estates property, is a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath residence allows for indoor/outdoor living at its finest.

It’s listed for $8.85 million.

The Paradise Island home is designed for enjoying ocean views, which begin at the exposed entry foyer, boasting coral stone walkways, exotic palm trees and water display fountains.

There is also plenty of space for lounging, from the spacious, central air conditioned living room, to the 75-foot, heated pool.

The chef-inspired kitchen is ideal for entertaining, and offers a choice of indoor or outdoor dining.

A two-car garage and guest bedroom with en-suite bath constitute the remainder of the ground floor of the luxury estate.

Up the stairs or the electronic elevator are a master suite and three guest bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and their own ocean views.

Residents of Ocean Club Estates enjoy concierge services and amenities such as an 18-hole golf course and clubhouse, tennis courts, 24-hour security and beach club.

The community is situated on the front of the island’s prestigious Cabbage Beach.

Property owners of the community also enjoy preferred treatment at neighboring resorts including the One & Only Ocean Club and The Atlantis.

Use of the resorts’ amenities are also included in membership of the community.
