St. Kitts might not yet be one of the most-traveled Caribbean corners but as one of region’s emerging destinations, we’re predicting that it won’t stay that way for long.

But then come the questions: Where do you stay when you come back? And where should you buy?

Available exclusively to guests considering purchasing real estate at the swank marina village, the bungalows are set along the dunes, surrounded by palms and bougainvillea.

Made with hand-hewn logs, wooden shutters, glass wrap-around doors and marble slab baths with rain showers, each features a private plunge pool and seaside cabana.

In between house-hunting excursions, guests in the bungalows can also enjoy the members-only Pavilion Beach Club on Sandy Bank Bay, where the waterfront pool and beach bar provide the perfect location to consider their purchase.
