The pair of bungalows at Christophe Harbour, the luxury marina development along the island’s Southeast Peninsula, offer an answer to both.
Available exclusively to guests considering purchasing real estate at the swank marina village, the bungalows are set along the dunes, surrounded by palms and bougainvillea.
Made with hand-hewn logs, wooden shutters, glass wrap-around doors and marble slab baths with rain showers, each features a private plunge pool and seaside cabana.
In between house-hunting excursions, guests in the bungalows can also enjoy the members-only Pavilion Beach Club on Sandy Bank Bay, where the waterfront pool and beach bar provide the perfect location to consider their purchase.
