Twin resorts Anse Chastanet and Jade Mountain have appointed Stefan Goehcke has their new Executive Chef.

Goehcke has worked in various Michelin-starred restaurants and eateries in culinary capitals around the world, but said he was drawn to these resorts because of their commitment to organic food and their use of local produce.

“I am thrilled to be working closely with the rest of the team and to delight our guests with memorable dining experiences. To be able to receive fresh produce from our organic farm is a great plus,” Goehcke said.

Goehcke will work with the wide variety of culinary experiences offered at the resorts, ranging from modern Caribbean cuisine to traditional Creole, vegetarian and East Indian-Caribbean fusion.
