The restaurant, called 13’/59’, is run by executive chef Andrew Turner, formerly of the Michelin-starred Chapter One restaurant in Dublin.

“The opening of our beautiful Sandbox Tree spa and 13˚/59˚ fine dining restaurant are welcome additions to the range of first class amenities offered at Port Ferdinand to provide a unique luxury lifestyle,” said Eoin O’Sullivan, Group General Manager of UNNA Resorts and Residences . “Our mission is to enable our guests to be as active or relaxed as they wish while providing personalised service through our highly trained staff.”
