Barbados’ Port Ferdinand Opens Spa, Restaurant

Major marina project continues growth

Barbados’ new Port Ferdinand Marina and Luxury Residences has announced the opening of a new spa and fine dining restaurant.

The project, developed by luxury resort brand UNNA, is a collection of 46 luxury homes for purchase or rental.

The new spa, Sandbox Tree Spa uses the Bamford Body Line botanical range, including two indoor treatment rooms and a private seaside cabana, among other amenities.

The restaurant, called 13’/59’, is run by executive chef Andrew Turner, formerly of the Michelin-starred Chapter One restaurant in Dublin.

“The opening of our beautiful Sandbox Tree spa and 13˚/59˚ fine dining restaurant are welcome additions to the range of first class amenities offered at Port Ferdinand to provide a unique luxury lifestyle,” said Eoin O’Sullivan, Group General Manager of UNNA Resorts and Residences . “Our mission is to enable our guests to be as active or relaxed as they wish while providing personalised service through our highly trained staff.”
