The Bahamas’ Cape Eleuthera Resort Is Open Again

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - December 28, 2020

Cape Eleuthera, the historic resort set at the southern end of the island of Eleuthera, is open again, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The resort, long popular with sport fishermen and adventurers, is set on a 4,500-acre compound in Eleuthera.

It’s also home to a marina with capacity for vessels of up to 200 feet, along with a waterfront restaurant, a marina provisions store, boat and outdoor activity rentals and a mix of two-bedroom marina-front villas and one-bedroom cottages, along with three private beaches.

Its greatest amenity, though, just might be its signature sandbar.

It’s yet another resort opening for The Bahamas since the country entered the newest phase of its tourism reopening. You can find more on the country’s entry protocols for travelers here
