JetBlue’s New York-Guadeloupe Flights to Relaunch in November

JetBlue will be relaunching its service from New York to Guadeloupe on Nov. 7, according to a statement from the Guadeloupe Islands Tourist Board. 

The nonstop flights to Pointe-a-Pitre were first launched in February 2020 as JetBlue’s first-ever service to the French Caribbean, before being suspended due to COVID-19. 

Guadeloupe is currently closed to tourism from the United States. 

The French Caribbean destination reopened to tourists from the European Union and other countries on July 1.

The ban on American travel to Guadeloupe will be evaluated every two weeks, officials said.
