Global real estate brokerage Engel & Völkers has expanded to Turks and Caicos.

Prestigious Properties, which calls itself the biggest real estate brokerage in Turks and Caicos, will now operate as Engel and Völkers Turks and Caicos.

The firm will continue to be led by Washington Misick, along with Philip Misick, company director and shareholder, and Chuck Misick, company director and licensed real estate advisor.

“The real estate market in Turks and Caicos has seen tremendous growth over a short period of time,” said Anthony Hitt, president and CEO, Engel & Völkers Americas. “The islands are easily accessible, gaining huge attraction from feeder markets in the northeast of the U.S., Miami and Charlotte, yet provide a peaceful and private upscale environment.”

That’s borne out in the numbers.

According to a report from Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty, Turks and Caicos real estate is booming, with total sales volume up 16 percent so far this year. https://www.caribjournal.com/2018/04/25/turks-caicos-real-estate-booming/

Engel & Völkers has offices in 33 countries around the world.
