Hyatt’s Newest Brand Executive

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has a new vice president of global brands.

The company announced this week the appointment of Lara Migliassi, who will be responsible for brand development of Hyatt’s all-inclusive brands, along with Hyatt Residence Club brands and Hyatt branded residences.

“Lara will be a tremendous asset to the team as Hyatt enhances our all-inclusive and vacation ownership brands,” said Sandra Cordova Micek, senior vice president of global brands. “She brings a wealth of knowledge and deep experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth, with particular expertise in understanding the Latin American markets.”

Migliassi will be based in Miami.

She comes to the company from Univision, where she served as senior vice president of corporate marketing.
